You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you have physically taken possession of the last good. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Lively® of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by e-mail) to the following address "contact@parislively.com". You can use the withdrawal form model, but it's not mandatory.

You will have to pay for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


If you want to return an item and it meets the conditions, please contact our customer service, ask for and download the Lively return form, fill it out and send it to us by email with proof that you actually bought the product from us. Thank you very much. Once your request is received, we will send you confirmation and acceptance of your right of withdrawal and we will give you the steps to return your products to our warehouse.


To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. After contacting us by email, you will receive a return address to which you can return your products. The return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.


If you revoke this contract, we will have paid you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@parislively.com

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
